Every year, NOVA Real Producers recognizes a select group of agents based on one thing only: verified production.

There’s no application.
No voting.
No pay-to-play.

Out of nearly 22,000 licensed real estate agents in Northern Virginia, I was ranked #155 for 2026, up from #218 the year before—placing me in the top half of one percent of agents in this region.

While I’m incredibly proud of that growth, this recognition isn’t really about a number.
It’s about what that consistency means for the people who trust me with their homes.

A Complex Market That Rewarded Preparation

2025 was not a simple year in Northern Virginia real estate.

We saw:
